20 November 2014 - Atelier Jaku presents my new mono-opera 'Matsumushi'
19/08/14 08:45
Based on the Noh play of the same name, Matsumushi addresses the subject of the vanity and ephemerality of life from a Buddhist-humanist perspective. Life continues after death – not a supernatural phenomenon but a natural one which links all living and even non-living things together. Paired with Salvatore Sciarrino’s 1981 masterpiece, Vanitas. See full details at Atelier Jaku’s website.
