13 September 2014 - The Bozzini Quartet premières my 'umoregi (if exposed...)'

My new piece, commissioned by the Bozzini Quartet with the assistance of the Canada Council for the Arts, is called umoregi (if exposed...). It will premièred by the Bozzini Quartet on their first ever Japanese tour on 13 September 2014. The concert will also feature Kō Ishikawa playing shō, and features the Music Without Borders international composers’ collective.

Three years ago, the Bozzini Quartet commissioned me to write a miniature for them, which they recorded along with 30 others. You can hear excerpts – including mine – by clicking here.
